My favorite game on the bone. Thought it retained the crazy gun play and charm that Insomniac is know for perfectly. I would kill a man for an even more fleshed out sequel.
It's on the wrong console and Insomniac is so stupid to not release it at least on PC, so I'll never play this, sorry microsoft, I'll never buy your fucking shitty console just for a game.

I had a really fun time with it but I thought it could have been a little more challenging. I rarely ever died throughout the game.

It was an apology and desperate attempt to skew 'sales' numbers due to how bad the game was and sold.
It was an awful game full of "nerd/geek" humor and references that was marketed hardcore towards dudebro type gamers via mocking the very type of people who would appreciate or enjoy that crap.
It's like a Madden game with an announcer who yells shit like "You really trounced those pansy little queers. Bazinga!" or "Wow you steamrolled those guys so hard it sent them all the way back to their moms basements. See you later Space Cowboys!"
It attempted to draw in the type of people who didn't care about the terribly executed references, while ridiculing the type of people who would. It was also nowhere near clever in its whole randumb break the 4th wall bullshit.

It's fun but it feels slightly underdeveloped, like some features were cut during development so they could make deadlines. Could have definitely benefited from an extra 6 months or a year of development.

It starts weak but becomes really good when you get the dash. The "humour" is bad but the gameplay makes up for it. 8,9/10 would play again.

I enjoyed it, though I cringed at them openly mentioning reddit, neogaf, and gamefaqs.
It felt very, very short though.
Pretty good, just recently beat it. The humor was pretty hit-or-miss, but the gameplay was on point. I love the fluidity.
The ending mentioning how the writers are going to get killed on NeoGAF was really fucking cringe, though.

Its humour was quite hit-or-miss (more on the miss side for me), but I enjoyed the platforming and combat quite a lot. It's probably the most enjoyable Xbox One exclusive in my eyes, and the last Xbox One exclusive I purchased.
Sadly, that means I'm going to be selling my Xbox One and its game so I can get a Vive instead. I'm glad I got to play through SO while I could, though.
