I just got back from playing it.
Plusses:
Half decent dialogue. It's not as engrish as the authors on the forums.
Tight controls
Hits feel satisfying.
Cons:
CA, looks like it's adjustable in a file somewhere though
Occasional frame drops (I'm running skylake meme and a 970, so it should be doable for a game like this without framedrops)
I rate it tits/10, honestly. They really drag that into the fucking game since when you're not swatting things with a giant wrench, you're jumping up and down for the sole purpose of making your tits bounce.
