Because it is. You can plainly see that several props are cardboard, the plot is garbage, the acting is worse than a 2nd grade Thanksgiving play, and the shoestring budget goes to green toothpaste.
The movie itself is fucking terrible, but it is fun watching due to it being hilariously low quality. If you cannot understand how you can enjoy a bad movie, you simply need to watch more films.
