These are all excellent points although I was irritated on a more fundamental and technical level. Gamebryo is total ass, it's unacceptable that a company as large and wealthy as Bethesda refuses to inovate to a more modern, optimized, and capable engine. None of the mouths on the character models are synced up to dialogue, even Oblivion was better because the lips made subtler movements that weren't distracting to look at. All Melee enemies are unable to climb/jump/walk into or on certain objects. Nothing diffuses tension more than defeating a deathclaw by shooting out of a room where it can't touch me. There are so many smaller thing but FO4 is about as anti-'technology' as a Triple A game can get.

This is the perfect image for the game. It's just a train locomotive stuck on a track without and fuel, and the track itself doesn't even go anywhere. It looks good and there is one neat bit of lore with it (the police rationing site) but otherwise it's just a wasted opportunity.
Fallout 4, at least right now, tries to serve way too many masters. It's a mediocre exploration game, it's a mediocre RPG, and it's a mediocre basebuilding game. Everything in the game works but it's just so generic and not thought out. It honestly feels like it was made by a committee rather than a person with a vision (this probably is related to the fact that the main art lead died before production began).
I think your game sucks, Todd. Nobody should ever buy that piece of dogcrap only a talentless hack like you would even dare to shit out.

ingame all the nuclear reactors have coolant, some examples:
- obtaining coolant for the prydwen's engines is a BoS subquest
- coolant bottles are scattered in the world as uncommon loot
- red rocket stations sell "class A" and "class B" coolant instead of gas or diesel
- the nuclear reactor in the bottom of mass fusion has a bunch of coolant water underneath it
- the institute's own reactor has a giant inflow coolant tube, which you use to break in if you side with the minutemen
I'm being really fucking anal about this but making a tender would not have been difficult and would have greatly added immersion. I'm not asking for trainwiz type stuff here just a tank car. Longer (ie properly sized) trains would have been nice as well.
