Call of Juarez Gunslinger was amazing
I am not really a vidya nerd (nowadays the only games I play are paradox games, some league with friends and maybe elder scrolls) but this game was amazing as fuck. No tryharding like COD or GTAV, amazing story and twists, no whiny fanbase, no cash milking, comfy soundtrack and setting.

Missions are extremely boring and repetetive, and the world is too small to make the other worthwhile thing, comfy exploration, worthwile.
It's like every shootout in the game goes on for just 5-10 minutes too long that it's no longer fun. It reeks of padding. And this is coming from a giant casual.

What about Skyrim and New Vegas could have been a cutscene? Better combat? Better world design (in Skyrim) and lore in both games? (That being said, New Vegas and RDR are both interesting alternative Westerns. RDR loses points for making up a fake border state like every other GTA game.)
The reason RDR should have been more "cutscene" is because so many of the missions were so dull.
