Did you play the Hearts of Stone DLC? Blood and Wine is coming up too in 2 weeks.
Buy Heart of Stone and play that, or if you did, do NG+ for the final expansion.

I went back and did Dishonored+DLC after I did Witcher. Nothing similar but Dishonored was the last good sandbox game to come out.
