MGS:V's ''open world'' segments should have been more like this.
In fact, even as a huge MGS fanboi, playing Uncharted 4 makes me realise how bad V really is. Not even joking.

MGSV has better gameplay, yes especially for being a third persona shooter but it is kill in terms of story and level/world design when all of its predecessors came through. MGS is kiinda defined by its characters and story yet in MGS5 we just got cassette tapes..
