There are four routes; two are bad endings. No True Neutral route unfortunately. From what I've seen, they balanced out the Smirk mechanic very nicely, and Strength is now the main factor in calculating physical damage.

You kill Hope and Hugo in Final, Char has you go to Mikado to go around and kill them all in the DLC. Its revealed that the angels experimented on everyone's ancestor and they all have demonic genes which explains why they were able to turn into demons.

I went Law -> Chaos -> Neutral. I lean Law, but I agree that Chaos had a much more fulfilling ending.
Law and Chaos are about on equal terms at fucking everyone over, but Chaos makes it feel so personal. Law just makes you feel like Merkabah's errand boy, then you jihad yourself and get a statue. Chaos makes you sit there while all the people you grew up with get their entrails ripped out.
