In both of these you can get some really big armies, around like, 13 or 20 skellies, not counting other types of skeletons

And I think you can in that one game I can't rember it's name. But it was a series and then it stopped and now it's being remade as a spirtual successor and your like a lich or demon or some Shit and you build a dungeon and conquer the world.

Dominions 4, Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Diablo 2 are the most common answers and they do cover up the various styles of fielding a lot of skeletons nicely

Dom 1-3 are obsolete. There's some little things that have been changed/lost in each iteration (for example, Dom2 started using image-based maps that don't cause eye cancer but don't visualize the effects of your dominion, Dom3 did away with "themes" for factions and instead made each theme a faction in their own right split to three ages, and Dom4 removed reverse communions, an unintuitive and unintended mechanic but one that did offer a lot of depth) but generally speaking each iteration features less bad UI, new mechanics and new content but is otherwise the same, about as close as you get to direct upgrades. For example, all the 20 some factions from the original are still there, and at this point there's almost a hundred factions.
