Xbone owner here and im not fully satisfied with my console so why would I brag about it? Not saying the ps4 is offering anything that I want but I will use backwards compatability as an example. There is only like 200 games made backwards compatible at this point in time and like 80% of that is arcade games. None of the top requested have been ported and they continue to advertise like it works. Shit like that pisses me off not to mention last year was the single worst year issue wise for xbox live. I still enjoy my console but there are problems and im not gonna sit here and be a retarded fanboy to protect them.

Dont try and cover there are tons of issues I have with this company and they shouldn't be advertising promises they cant fulfill. They have had really shitty service lately and corrupted my account twice. Now the same corruption issues are happening and instead of doing the fix they want me to send my xbone in and pay for their problems. Im a service technician for hardware and software so I know whats going on and they are being slimy. I have documented a lot of information and if I get a little more and can prove the damages they have put on people is in the 10s of thousands of dollars I will be taking them to court. Im only missing a little more data and of they dont clean up their act I plan on following through.

Honestly, I have an Xbone but never shitpost about it. It's a pretty good console nowadays. It's actually an incredible media machine, it'll play basically anything you throw at it media wise, which is super useful. It's actually pretty good and doesn't deserve the hate it gets.

They have had many many many outages recently and when you call or go through their IM to inquire as the issue they will claim it is "updates" or maintenance. During some of the worst of these outages some profiles will become corrupted due to a primary part of their troubleshooting being delete your account and redownload it during the server issues. As a result information gets corrupted and small bugs will happen. For me it is the display art for games in the my games and apps section. The images will randomly be removed or loaded halfway through. I fixed this issue with one of their techs at one point in time then during a recent outage it started happening again. I tried to get them to go through it with me and they said I need to send my console in for repairs. Now please tell me how software retrieving digital information from their servers being corrupted can be a hardware issue? The answer is it cant. I factory reset my console and loaded it up with a friends profile and it all works fine. When my profile is added to the mix the issues resume. Despite this they still claim hardware failure. If you search the forums well you will see other issues like this. I have documented them calling the issues breaches then later trying to claim them to be maintenances. They have a terrible support crew with no organization or clue how the support they are providing is causing issues.
