The game doesn't start until chapter 8 I think. The first 3 hours are cutscenes, walking and maybe a tutorial if you're lucky.

The first few hours of UC4 are excellent. Exploration and character moments are what makes the series shine. Combat often feels sloppy and an obsticle.
Although thankfully it feels much better than in the previous games at least.
