No, it's just people who think they are Nintendo fans aren't actual fans in the long run who would stick with Nintendo through thick and thin. Nintendo is doing poorly but they're also doing a good job in removing pretenders who like Nintendo while the real fans who love Nintendo will be around to be rewarded when Nintendo comes back to form in the near future.
I want to like Nintendo, and I want to support them, but I've been having a lot of trouble doing that lately given that I'm a sub-reading censorship fag. I don't care enough to learn Japanese, obviously, but I get too annoyed seeing all the pointless censorship on games that are rated T-M, and not getting the sub for something like Fire Emblem drove me to piracy. I really want to like and support Nintendo, but they've made it so hard as of late that I don't think I'll wind up buying an NX. Whether or not the console itself is good I can't imagine they would suddenly change their NA localization tenancies.

I have such mixed feelings on the Wii U. Some games like Mario 3D World were a ton of fun. Other things, like Fatal Frame 5, were bogged down in so many issues that it gave me buyer's remorse. The fact that you need to buy more storage just to fit that game on the Wii U's 16-32 gigabyte hard-drive was inexcusable.
