DotA. Heres why.

Starting with a straight fight of every hero in both games at max level with all items, DotA could wipe the floor with league using 3 heroes. Bloodrage Zeus's aghs ult twice, Bloodrage Nature's Prophet aghs ult twice. This alone can most of Leagues roster of squishies. Everyone else now had to deal with a spell immune bloodseeker that can teleport to his enemies and kill them instantly due to thirst. All enemies also can't hide due to thirst giving unobstructed vision on them.
