Not Crash Bandicoot 1. Not in later copies, not on PSN.
Crash Bandicoot 2 always had analog control support, but came out before the DualShock. So the PSN version doesn't have analog control, but if you play the disc version on PS3, you do have analog support.
Crash Bandicoot 3 has analog support as is in all cases.

Platformers were fun but the studio needed to evolve and grow. Did you play Ratchet and Clank recently? That is probably one of the most successful platformer reboots we saw this gen but in todays industry they feel lackluster in a way that is indescribable. The game is awesome but the genre kinda stopped being relevant at some point and Sly Cooper 4 basically confirmed they were no longer big sellers. If they didn't move away from platformers they would've stifled their creative and technical talent like Insomniac did who decided to stick with them, but now they've grown, they can combine all their skills and return to platformers one last time.
Now is a great time for ND to return to the genre though, RC essentially laid down the goundwork, all they need to do is make a crash game as long as the original with the fidelity of Uncharted 4, and of course, make it fun.
