I just finished the game 30 minutes ago. It actually surprised me and ended up being better than 2, and I really liked all the reminiscing stuff and the epilogue, and the designs and new gimmicks (sliding, rope, tall grass) actually got woven in nicely. She grows beyond her initial mode in the story where she's supportive of Nate's adventurous side, and now accepts it in its entirety , and maybe acknowledges that forcing him to live a normal life isn't satisfying him which she is clearly aware of from the start.
At most she gives him one punch in the face and says that he has to at least tell her if he intends to go off adventuring and offer her the opportunity to come along.

For me it's how out of character everyone was. It feels like fan fiction. Nathan Drake doesn't give half a shit about his friends and it is largely humorless one of the things that is an attraction to the series. And then there is the technical problems. The game's aiming mechanic was fucking broken on launch, and Naughty Dog had to bring in fans to help troubleshoot. It was a disaster. It being made with the set pieces taking a priority really didn't help matters.
