I beat Dancer, Oceiros, and Champ at SL 20 with raw barbed +3. Dancer isn't that hard, she just hits like a fucking truck, so you'll take a good pounding til you perfect her if you wish to do the fight at low SL. Oceiros is fucking pinwheel tier joke, I could do that fight with 1 Vig and a broken straight sword hilt. Champ is a fucking nightmare.
I don't think Nameless can be fucking beaten with a +2/3 SL 10 to 20 though. He's literally the only boss I can't do at low SL and weapon upgrade.

You summon sword master and gi kill the lady. Once you start the Dancer fight, let Sword Master die to her. Quit your game immediately and then go summon him again. His hurtbix is fucked and he won't take any damage except from his sword.
The bleed damage on his weapon us what kills Dancer. Just gotta make sure not to get hit once, you'll die regardless of your equipment

I had a barbed sword bleed build with base stamina due to SL restrictions. If I abandoned my combo to run away from her, the bleed meter would go down and I wouldn't be able to damage her at all.
Dancer is a fucking joke if you actually have a decent 5+ weapon and good vig/end for SL 30+.
