It's good, but not the best obviously, there is a lot of RNG bullshit, you have to pick the race you most like, and the PS4 version is dead, idk about PC tho.

Depends. If you hate fun, Saiyans are the best, specifically Saiyans with Super Saiyan, Max Charge, and any blast super.
If you're like me and like fun, though, Majin females are the best, not only through gameplay but also because they're the cutest things in the universe. Or Xenoverse I guess.
