Sorry to tell you but anything AMD won't cut it for emulation especially for PCSX2 since it isn't optimized as much as dolphin so the best i can say is to get a desktop with a 4th gen i3 (minimum) for anything emulation
Set the EE cycle rate to 50% and then VU cycle stealing to 1. Turn on all speedhack as well.
I just played it a few months ago and it ran fine.
