it runs good, just like the lightning port. The only issue is that TIdus face looks like shit.
Best version. Everything the PS4 version has, plus in-game boosters and 4k support. ReShade also works just fine.
I like the better fidelity of the arranged but the original has better balance. Which are you folks using?
Only issue is Tidus face but I can assure everyone that is worried that you get used to it pretty quickly and it won't look that bad to you anymore.

Models quality will vary based on the situations you see them
Sometimes Auron will look like the pic you posted but other times textures and face will be simpler (Auron's shades too)
The original FFX did this too and the overall models look better on the remastered with better textures and clothes being revisited like Wakka or Auron's

Game is honestly extremely beautiful. Everything besides Tidus face is improved. I immediately lost myself to the world of spira. Honestly, even Tidus face grows on you and is no problem after a while. Being overly nitpicky in this case is just being retarded as fuck as you will mostly only notice crystal clear aesthetics.
I don't even think Tidus's face is bad. Just the eyes. They're fucking weirdly bright, like he has a lantern inside his head.

They probably didn't feel like re-licensing the codecs again, and uncompressed wav's and avi's are not only royalty free, but on weak-ass consoles, they have near-nil CPU overhead due to no decompression
It's the reason most modern games don't shave 10-20 gigs off their filesize by using something free like aoTuV Vorbis with nonexistent quality loss - it's murder on said weak-ass console CPU's to decompress with a fuckton of other stuff that's stressing it. The reason it stays the same when it comes time for a PC port is more than likely just plain laziness
