It seems to account for your role too, so as D.Va I got 'on fire' much easier than a Reaper or Genji would.

One time I got Potg by bopping 4 enemies off the map as D Va on that one Asian KotH map: the second round where the point is on a fucking cliff.
I got another Potg as D Va where I Dashed into a Bastion in plain sight, Defense Matrix'd all his shots and "NERF THIS"'d it half way to him. It ended up being a "triple" because I shot up a few guys before I dashed at the Bastion and my teammates finished them off.
The best part of that one was the Bastion player was either really smart or really dumb because he did not resist, and even if he did transforming and running away wouldn't have saved him since there was no time or cover.

Lucio is damn hard to kill when playing ring-around-the-payload.
I got a couple of non ulti ones as d.va including where i flew in to a bunch of people and knocked them in to the hole in the middle of that one map

I've seen other PotG's where D.Va gets shoved off a cliff by Reinhardt, who falls to his death, while she just flies back up and kills the Mercy who had been tailing them.

People underestimate Lucio's ability to stay on the payload. I managed to keep on the payload for a good 20 seconds whilst my team was respawning in overtime once and then popped an ult.And then the opposing bastion got potg.

I know it's because I suck and didn't get to put much time into the game, but I could never figure out a good counter for her.
I played as Lucio often, and his backblast does not put her freezing ray out of range. She would always freeze herself when hooked by roadhog, I've had her survive McCree's stun+fan fire, and it just goes on.
I could figure out how to deal with every other character, except Mei. I've heard people who play as Pharah were fine because they could just fly away, but I barely played her.

Yeah, Mei's kit just seems way too overpowered right now. One thing they should definitely remove is that her ice-block heals her. Also, she needs to trade more of her CC for offensive power. The degree of slows, blocks and stuns she has is too much for an FPS game.

As a D.Va you can theoretically kill people before the game even starts, while defending on Rout 66.
Attackers often walk up to the spawn doors and if one stands at the ones on the right, you can rocket-push him off the cliff because your push clips through the doors.

I got at least 6 as Junkrat, 1 or 2 as Bastion, I believe a Reinhardt and Lucio as well.
The Reinhardt POTG was the only one that could be considered remotely difficult. Ult-killed two people and charged another one off a cliff.
The Lucio one was just fucking stupid. Playing on the Nepal map with the pit, shockwaved two people to their death and got POTG for it.
Junkrat/Bastion POTGs were about what you'd expect.

I see a lot of people complain about Mei being too broken but dealing with her is not very hard. She has to be close and hold that freeze ray for like 5 seconds and half the characters have an escape method. You want to know who really is OP? Fucking Hanzo thats who.
