These enemies (And Irithyll Dungeon generally) are overrated garbage. You can stagger them no problem with any weapon and they die pretty easy. The branding iron is kinda retarded however, given how long it stuns you for.

That big gang is everything I hate about dark souls 2 and 3.
If you pull them one at a time it is easy but takes forever.
If you rush in you are guaranteed to die.
It's not challenging just tedious as fuck.

I used to think they were pretty strong but

Literally all you have to do is sprint at them and hit them until they die, its fucking easy.

If you were smart and reinforced your weapon enough they should die before they can sap your hp.

C'mon, man. Irithyll Dungeon is a piece of piss. I can see the room at the bottom being an issue if you didn't have some kind of range weapon to draw aggro, but at that point in the game literally anybody has access to a bow and a few arrows. The Jailers are also really easy to kill melee. Rush them and spam RB. Isn't that what everybody does? If it isn't, it fucking should be, because it works like a charm.

They only drain your maximum health. If you have less than max, it does nothing.

This area made me have to change up my playstyle.

I was unable to straight sword/shield it, I had to instead use a great sword, two handed, charge in and R1, R1, R1, but not the combo, just the smash down to keep it on the ground.

In the rooms with 3+ adds, I just drop down with greatsword, kills the first one, lay the second one on the ground, and run back up the stairs just to plunge down again and get some kills in.

Anyone else getting a glitch where the W and D keys get stuck down? Like not physically, but the game thinks they're being constantly pressed until you flail around for a few seconds on all the movement keys.
