I haven't touched Puzzle and Dragons in 6 months, only because I got a little burned out. Picked up Brave Frontier instead, and it's alright. As silly as it might sounds, a lot of the time I have it set to "auto battle" and let the game play itself for like half an hour... but this only works for the mindless farming, of course. There is a bit of strategy to it, albeit not as much as a real RPG.

Pretty fun, but can be unbearable if you don't get a good pull to start, and late game to end game is horrifically unfun. Can be played 100% non-IAP, but the rare egg machine is painful 99% of the time. No Ads.

Basically only play if you're a fan of Final Fantasy and can stand most fights being auto fight. The relic draw gives you even less useful stuff than PAD's rare egg machine, but it's made up for by the game throwing tons of free Mythril at you. No Ads.

Open Transport Tycoon is something I'd also suggest, but I've never actually played it.
If you like star wars try galaxy of heroes or commander. Tbh GoH has energy and shit and it's a bit of a grind, but the battles are pretty quick for shits.

YES. If you like roguelikes, definitely get this game, no ads, super fun.
I tried a lot of match 3 stuff, the Marvel Puzzle Quest is pretty good, no ads, but goddamn is there a lot of gacha. Takes you a little bit to start getting good heroes, usually the events give out good ones. They've also got the original Zookeeper, which is just the DS port, for pretty cheap, and Zookeeper Battle, which is a PvP Zookeeper with the only purchasable things being cosmetic. It does have an energy system though.
That KH game has some really nice presentation, but it gets really same-y after a while. Try it out if you want, join a /vg/ guild so you can use their really good medals.
Pac-Man 256 is pretty fun too, endless pacman with powers or whatever, more of something you pick up and play for about 5 minutes.
Check out Cardinal Quest 2. You'll thank me later
