I honestly think jap hentai stuff is actually going to be a better use of porn VR for a while. VR and more importantly the graphics engines driving it still have a ways to go to reach photorealism in modeling and fully animating humans, so it feels like there's going to be a lot of Uncanny Valley to deal with for early stuff. Obviously hentai avoids that entirely by being purposefully unrealistic, so it doesn't matter. In addition, hentai is lower budget, which means there will be more variety and more room to experiment, cater to specific niche fetishes, etc. "Porn industry" stuff is going to be too generic and commercial to start and won't dare try to touch some areas. Having "real people" turns up the outrage-meter also.
In another decade yeah things will get interesting but these are early days and I don't think the stuff you show OP is going to be a great place to start.
