Blacks who are aware that racism is supported by facts and just go on with their life without basing their entire existence around being born with a disadvantage that by working hard they can overcome are based because instead of acting like thugs and criminals they act like people.

As such the only based black characters in video games are ones that people would say "act white". In reality they're not acting white, they're acting like real people and not a group of moronic bigots who use racism as a convenient fact to blame all the woes of their life. If you want to design a black character that is good, design one who wouldn't get offended and violent over being called a nigger as if it were the biggest no-no word in existence.
REMINDER: As is the case with other races, blacks have a subset of people within their race that they tend to have a sharp dissociation with; you likely know them as "niggas", or "niggers" if you are white.
