Good Tracer players can be a pain in the ass, but they're also relatively rare.
I can't figure out how to play her properly for the lift of me. Her main weapon is hot garbage unless you're right in their face, and even if you're blinking around like a madman, it doesn't take much to get your shit fucked up with such little health. The only time I find winston useful is on maps where you can knock enemy players off the map.
Pretty much every other tank I see outperforms him. As much as I hate her Zaria seems better in every situation compared to winston.

Its pretty damn fun but compared to something like TF2 where you can often solo carry shitters as a good Scout or Soldier, Overwatch is alot more teamwork oriented due to most of the characters in the game being alot more specialized than TF2 classes which tend to be more flexible.
So if you have a team that has no idea what they're doing it can very frustrating.
