I finished it recently. The Sevii Isles were extremely disappointing, and it's hard to go back to games with no physical/special split. It's a 7/10 for me with nostalgia googles off.

The honor system for recruiting people is tedious. Fight every mob you encounter, don't use weapons, don't hit downed enemies, run into a wall several hundred times.
Still a great game, though.

There's actually an actual localized version of this game, surprisingly, but I just always end up playing the nip versions of these since the sequels didn't get localized as far as I'm aware. Not like there's a lot of language barriers to stop you from playing this

I never got too in-depth with other Ogres, but my only complaint about Knight of Lodis is that the AI takes fucking forever to do anything. Also, enemy recruitment is bullshit.
