As for Brink, I wouldn't say it's terrible but it entered during a time where the market wasn't asking for it so it was doomed from the start. It does have its own niche community keeping it afloat though which is nice.

The game is just a shower of bad design choices: RNG sprinkled all over the place (including a slots machine minigame), ultimate evolutions were pretty much impossible to get without using a guide (and even after almost two decades even the guides can't seem to agree with each-other), NPCs flat out gave incorrect information...
And yet I can't help but replay it for the nostalgia every few years.

True Crime, fantastically silly story and great over the top lead.
AC brotherhood, the best AC is still a bad game but the overtop bad guys and fun minigames make it ok, bad core gameplay as expected.
