Weapon Mods Expanded for Fallout: New Vegas is pretty damn great, I fucking love the added customization and upgrades. There's also this one other huge mod that makes the faces much much less 'potato with dead fish eyes'.
For Skyrim I like the Interesting NPCs mod, the voice acting differs in quality from character to character (bleh to great) but it adds a lot of NPCs, some neat quest lines and one lady's voice made me pop a boner. Goddamn Dibella.
