Bamco's anti-cheat is shit. It can only detect multiples of items you shouldn't have more than X of a playthrough and a large bulk of souls.
Infinite HP? Stamina? FP? Estus? Can't pick up shit. So basically as long as you don't add 1000000000 souls do yourself or like 25 dark sigils or make your stats not match your SL they never know. The funny thing is you can CE in like, 99 Champion Souls or whatever the consumable ones are that give 50k a pop, and just spam those to get all the souls you need and they'll never know.

Except on PC you could easily avoid any issues by making a backup of your saves, and restoring to an earlier state if something goes wrong. Meanwhile on consoles you can't, so if a hack is ever made for consoles (not impossible, people were able to hack on Xbox 360 by save editing), you guys will have no way to prevent it.

As you should know, a smaller space means you can get things done quicker, I am sure you can put 2 and 2 together and add up what this means considering there are a total of 50 states, that is as many as five tens.
Also, I am sure the entirety of these countries are not fully wired and there are some spots where you will not obtain a connection such as in some more remote villages, so that would actually make your baby-tiny country look pretty weak if you cant even rig up your tiny land.
