My overall thoughts are that they seriously need to buff early game boss health, it's pretty ridiculous how fast I was able to mow down the bosses on ng+.
Generally, most bosses past and including abyss watchers are okay health wise, but there are some which went down ridiculously easy.
Old demon king in particular needs a massive health bonus, because that fight on ng+ was a joke.
