ThIs is my favorite boss because you can stun his level 70 epic flying mount and stab it in the eye and then you get to kill him the same way. I beat this guy with fatrolls and a giant club, please op just get gud it's a fun fight

Having camera issues? Stand in front of the dragons face. It fucks up a lot less.
Can't dodge?
I can't magically help you though tips. You just need to watch his moves and be patient to learn when to dodge. At worst have a medium shield with decent lightning resistance and try to practice dodging most of the time but have the shield as a saving grace for when you do mess up.
