Soul of Cinder is my favorite boss in the game. Nothing beats a dude in armor with a great moveset. Keeps you on your toes.

Boss was fantastic but kind of lacks the impact that Gehrman felt as a final boss. No cutscene and no development of it makes it kind of an underwhelming FINAL boss not boss. Still one of the best bosses that From has made tho.

Something along those lines. "Gwyn, The first flame" Where HE is literally the manifestation of it. I don't have a problem with the fight although I do think it could have been a little harder, its the aesthetics/story of the boss. The same fight except with an actual character would have been 1000% more sense. Ludleth betraying you to take the first flame for himself as the Souleater would have made 1000% more sense than the first flame trying to stop you from potentially linking it, after all isn't that what it wants?

The worst thing is that this boss has no lore significance or memorability other than remember these guys part 2: the electric boogaloo. Gwyn, Nashandra/the scholar, Moon Presence reveal all had very significant impacts on the plot which by far made them much more memorable characters.
