It's a good show. There is a small amount of "muh friends" that happens but it's definitely toned down. They do have some old characters from past shows make an appearance but it doesn't matter since it's an alt. universe.
Normally I wouldn't be the one to go /a/ on you but you'll regret it if you don't watch subs. The dub is just horrendous.
