Women working at ubisoft does not bother nor surprise me in any way.

Used to work in a place, only male, everyone else was female, the amount of bitching, gossip and backstabbing that went on was fucking unreal.
Besides regarding OP, most of those are probably HR people or something, I doubt most of them are developers, though considering quality of recent Ubi games you never know.

Most of them probably hardly see eachother.
PR, human resources, coders, aritists, community mangers etc. etc don't all work together in the same room in studios this big.
In fact, many of them are probably not even in the same office building. Many dev studios rent a second office when they need space for a project.
