I turned off aim assist and the lock on when I started the game. Manual aiming feels awful to me. No matter what sensitivity I adjust it to, the aiming feels cumbersome and tedious. Takes forever to line up a shot.
I switched to auto aiming around chapter 15, which is OP as fuck, since Drake lines his shots up with absurd precision. It feels like theres no middle ground. You can fight the camera and aim manually, or you can use the aiming assists and blaze through gunfights. It makes combat feel like a chore, to be honest.
