Open World in today's age isn't possible to make it dense, jammed packed with things to do, places to go. You get 80% world with people walking around, little allyways, doors and windows you can't going into; majority of places being abandoned besides a few airplanes streaking across the sky and a few motorboats in the water at a distance.
The missions/stories will be in doors with loading screens, graphics will need to be cut down due to multiplat and will require mods for PC to look "good" for people who enjoy making power rigs for 4k+ in price.
In the end you have a hollowed out game with little to do expect wander a city or area with just collection quest or trying to find boring, repetitive repeat quest
I don't want my Deus Ex to be Grand Theft Auto or Saints Row please.
