Depends if I'm casually doing a 100% run. If so then I don't survive due to the fact that my 100% would include all squares of a map be covered as well meaning I have to track every discoverable part of the map as well as side quests and items.
In total it takes 9.5 hours. Maxing all weapons is indefinite time due to the sheer amount of grind you have to do. Would take at least double to get all weapons maxed.
If it didn't Ave to include map tracking then it takes 7.5 if I still want all side quests and items.
If it was just completing it would take 5
If it was a speedrun it would take 3 hours.
