You should get the hang out of Lorian moves in the first phase, the teleport fucks up your usual dodge routine but if you stay aware about it, it shouldn't be much of a problem.
Once Lothric joins in, only get close if there are no orbs left. Be aware that he may follow up Lothric big moves with sorcery.
Try to aim the attacks at the back, so you hit both of them
