I wish emulation for the O3DS was better. Tried the fMSX core with MG2 and things were still a bit sluggish. I recall getting better results with a DS port of an MSX emulator, and I recall others saying that GB emulation is still currently better on the DS, though that may have changed recently.
Virtual Console injection goes a long way in terms of playing old stuff, so it's still a pretty good setup.

That's what Luma should do - it's an emulated version of the system. To make sure you're in Luma boot into your sysNAND and make a folder called sys. Then boot into Luma and if the folder isn't there you're good to go.

I've looked into getting CFW for my N3DS not for pirating shit, but rather extra utility like screenshots and using the extra power on some O3DS games. And apparently you can cast the screen to a PC or something, so that'll save money on a capture card too depending on how not shit that is.
Just need to get a few things clear though. Provided I use the OoT 3D + Powersaves method to install Homebrew and then downgrade to 9.2 for installing CFW via the following guide, I've still got a few questions
