Best way to get better graphics on a machine that is inbetween max and minimum is to just shrink the screensize.

It's no remake. It's the same game in the same engine with updated graphcial fidelity and animations. That's pretty much it.

If you're someone who doesn't like bad early 2000's graphics, or prefer cleaner modern graphics, then just get Anniversary. If you're like me and like old blocky graphics, then just get TLC. I'm pretty sure both of them are on Steam
