I think so. They could have contracted any craft soda brewer (yes that is a thing that exists) in the US to produce tons of sugar loaded crap sold in every gamestop as actual nuka cola, with some SUPER RARE blue ones thrown in. They could have made so much just from the marketing pushing game sales alone, plus the actual drink.
Instead they make some mediocre beer, and name it "fallout beer." genius.
