So in order to balance the maximum overmagic build, they have to make magic weak. But then a compromise build with only partial magic focus will have weakass magic. What are the bread and butter spells for Pyromancy? Right now I'm in the crucifixion woods and the great orb or whatever doesn't even feel stronger than the fireball I had since SL1, pretty disappointed right now. My pyromancies that I have to cast for 2 seconds are barely stronger than a quick slash of my raw straight sword.
