I think it gets to A with a heavy gem, but it's got a pretty good moveset and super low stam cost, so you can spam R1s for quite a while with even an average stamina pool

Pick a new weapon. There are plenty in the game and after straight and thrusting swords get nerfed more will be viable and fun. It's boring to use the same moveset forever.
