Anchors are the most dominant positions on maps.
EX: In COD you have mid anchor which is the most dominant allowing you to lock down both spawns and watch cut-offs. You have the 2 spawn anchors which is helpful for when teams are pushing on your spawn or when you got a flag cap in CTF and need to get a flag down.

If you're using a secondary to begin with more then likely your target is 1 shot and a pistol is more viable medium range and can be used to finish off a 1 shot target close range. But not the shotgun, for it only works close range.

MW2 was lan unoptimized console garbage port, and a solidification of a shitty fad of releasing yearly CoD games. The maps were too small, they gave you too much shit without balancing any of it, etc.

Made a lot of kids mad playing SnD. I remember going 11-2 on Quarry with this loadout, including two clutches (one of which was an ace).
Other than that, it was also fun hearing kids call you a hacker while using a FAL OR M9.
In COD4 I used the W1200 pump shotgun all the time. No idea why everyone says shotguns sucked, I could consistently get a positive K/D with it on any map. My favorite map was Bloc. All those faggots taking pot shots at each other with their dinky snipers and for anyone with a shotgun or SMG it was a field day. Those retards were oblivious as you just run a circuit around the map over and over through both buildings easily killing them all.
