I just finished my first playtrough in Dark Souls 3.
This game is perfect, as I was playing i had surely some rough times but enjoyed playing it, as none of the new games i played last years.
The moody atmosphere, beautiful graphics, landscapes, big sexy weapons and mainly the unique playstyle.
Simply great.
As I was playing it, kinda reminded me of one game i enjoyed when I was younger, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
I mean, the game is almost totally different as in playlstyle, ˇ(i would say it's different genre?)
but the atmosphere was similar and the fact that u had to strive sometimes to make progress in game..
I want more games like that.
I need this in my life!

It's not perfect. I can't tell what is worse DaS2 or DaS3 because they have problems in different things.

Oh I see. Now your post makes sense and is excusable as you've not played any of the previous Souls games.
NioH is pretty great if you're able to try it out. As others have said, it's worth taking a look at Bloodborne, as well as older Souls games, DarkSouls2 notwithstanding, just ignore that one.
Dragon's Dogma is very fun and you can rush through the main game to get to the expansion content, which is similar-ish to Souls.
MonsterHunter4Ultimate if you liked the boss fightan' aspect, not so much if you want to explore levels.
If you only have a PC you can't play 3 of the 4 games I recommended, but you can still emulate Symphony of the Night for a 2D Bloodborne feel, or older MonsterHunter games.
If you have a PS4 immediately go play Nioh, it'll only last for 5 more days, then get Bloodborne.
If you don't then enjoy Dragon's Dogma instead and later on get DaS1 and SotN

Try some oldschool dungeon crawlers. I think you'd like System Shock 2 a lot. It reminds me of the Souls games in many aspects, although of course, the playstyle is very different. Bioshock is extremely, extremely similar to System Shock 2, but the lack of difficulty and the fact that you don't need to be nearly as careful or intelligent makes it lack in comparison.

Dragon's Dogma has a lot of amazingly neat hidden mechanics that I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Pic related.
The PC version released at half price and must be even cheaper now. I enjoyed it in glorious 3k resolution which is refreshing after having played the console version with black bars.
Don't play Witcher3 if you want anything similar to Souls, the combat is pretty shit and even if you play it at max difficulty like I did, it's just a work-around to try and make it more interesting to play. Get it if you want to see the good character progression (story-wise) the game has. Don't if you want engaging gameplay or a Souls-like feel.

The game released half a decade ago, then again in january this year on PC. You saw quite a lot of threads then, but it's only natural an older game doesn't get talked about that much
