I have yet to fap to a single game to those.
Sure their games might have competent gameplay and stories, but the porn is straight up tacked on and boring as shit.
I prefer the smaller scale RPG maker/livemaker/RPGWolf titles from indie devs.
The gameplay most of the time is cookie cutter shit, but the porn is so good I can fap for a week straight, sometimes even up to 5 times a day to a single game.

Theres been some guys translating events and shit now, but as far as I know they only really got as far as actually translating pregnancy lines and children are born, they also translated some event where if a princess gets captured she gets raped and mind broken or some shit.

The big thing for me is the minor dialogue and stuff, as you said, stuff like people's reactions and so on. I enjoy the game but I think it would be so much better fully translated.
It also has a bit of an issue with a shortage of female characters in general and new commanders aren't born at a rate fast enough to replace old ones in a game that lasts more than one generation
