Please convince me of not refunding Dark Souls 3
I'm a huge DS retard, and I really, REALLY want to like it, but I'm just not feeling this one. I don't like the atmosphere, does it have more enviroment variety? more color? forests? anything other than town in ruins and castles?
It makes me feel ill in the stomach too for some reason, like the game is just umpleasant to play overall. Sorta like the motion sickness I get from playing Half-Life and Doom for a extended period of time.
Should I stick around?

Not very far since I can't play it for a very long time. Currently past the first boss, and on the area with a fat guy with a huge axe and a pyre after the dragon.

I thought the atmosphere was great, and there are much more colorful areas later. The secret area is really bright. I'd say give it a chance up to Irithyll at least, but if you aren't having fun then don't force it.
The third area is a forest. Doesn't sound like you're enjoying it at all though so just refund it and play something else.

After I beat lothric the game kind of just folded over. It didnt really hold my attention before this point either. I have no desire to finish it, how many bosses do I have to go anyway?

I don't know man, do a fun build? Go full dex and no shields? Something to ward off the boredom that DS3 instils in you. A Claw or Whip build, dunno. I went a bit cheesy with my first DS3 run and it was still boring and uninspired as all fuck.
