They removed a few minigames like the Skating one from MGS2 and the "Snake vs Monkeys" from MGS3 but other than that It's a pretty good remaster. MGS3 has a framerate upgrade and also includes the two original Metal Gear games.

It's pretty good. All it's missing is MGS1 and MGS4, which are in the legacy collection.

It got ported by Bluepoint and they have a track record for making the best HD remasters. They literally reverse engineer the commercial versions of games rather than relying on code handed to them by devs/publisher. The Silent Hill collection is widely regarded as awful because a lot of code was missing and Bluepoint wasn't hired for the port.

Legacy collection is literally the same thing with a voucher for MGS1 and VR missions and a worse version of MGS4 that can't connect to custom servers because they gutted the online mode options.
