Probably manegeable I'd say. The stamina consumption and slower roll from Dark Souls still puts you at a huge disadvantage though. Also using any slow weapons, like Ultra GS, Greataxes, or Hammer would be a death sentence , and only people who have transcended git gud would do well with a setup like that.
