Hey guys can you recommend me some good g/aming laptops?

Contain your cancer, /v/

Pick one.

Before the inevitable shitstorm rolls in, just go with ASUS, since they tend to have decent hardware for not-assrape prices.

Otherwise, you really don't need a gaming laptop.

XPS15

Even if money was no issue and you found an extreme sli titan gaming laptop, itd still be shit. They all share one thing and its the inability to have a strong enough battery to last a good session.
Building a mini pc would even be a better options. Laptops were simply not meant for gaming.

I have one of those 960m dells. Suppose to be about the same power as PS4. It's nice when I travel for work. decent price too

>god tier
alienware - optimized for gaming, comes with everything you need
razer - more portable than alienware but still gets the job done

>good tier
ASUS - handles like a normal laptop with some gaming componenets
Lenovo - good build quality but often filled with bloatware

>decent tier
Dell - standard laptop, will do most games on medium settings but dont expect it to be amazing

>bad tier
>acer - cheap build quality and relies on gimmics
>toshiba - overheats frequently

Add HP to absolute dogshit tier. I literally can't run a single game without thermal shutdowns 20 minutes in. Often happens if I have 5+ porno tabs open in firefox as well.

I use MSI GT72 Dominator "Pro." I'd recommend MSI their parts at least aren't cheap crap like with Dell/HP.

Different anon here. I second this had an HP laptop and it was the worst piece of shit I've ever had. Everything started falling apart after 6 months. Never again, their technical support is trash too.

Aren't those like 850 bucks too? My laptop is specced similarly with an 860m instead and I consider it to be about as poweful as a ps4 and it's great to use. I never game on my battery it's just a convenient portable computer but it still needs plugged in. Not a big deal if you live in a civilized country. Btw my laptop was double that price its an msi gs60 ghost I got like a year and a half ago.

if you dont mind playing on weird low resolutions like pic related you could get an ASUS X555LB (i5-5200u geforce 940m)

I have some webms 480p@60fps, and i also have a desktop, pls dont bully
>>
>>335867439
that usually happens with HP note using amd procesors or gpus, I have an HP with an i5 and a 840m, its not a gaming laptop at all but the thing never overheats, in fact, te temps never go above 65 degrees een after long sessions of gameplay

This anon pretty much summarised it for you, OP. If I HAD to get a laptop for whatever reason, I would wait for the Razer Blade Stealth+Razer Blade Core which allows you to use desktop GPU's on your laptop. Best way to go about it, really. Expect every gayman laptop manufacturer to follow this example really soon.

860m and 960m are almost the game.

This.
I have an asus and it's pretty damn good but i have a space restriction so that's why I got it.
If you can just build one of those nice budget desktops for under 1000

sager is the only good brand

Chen 1st post is traditional post, those 2 things aren't mutually exclusive and it was already the most polite etiquette you'll get here.
